The Residence Vacantel Les Fermettes de la Mer is a stylish, terraced suite complex situated 1. five kilometres from Desmoiselles coast and five hundred meters from the supermarket. The 30 simply embellished, functional rooms extend to equipped gardens or balconies and are equiped with televisions, showers and kitchenettes with fridges and ovens, mini ovens or microwaves.
Guests arriving by auto will find complimentary car parking obtainable on place. The complex does not have its own restaurant, but there are a few dining alternatives in the very heart of Saint Jean des Monts, 4 kilometres away. Those interested in the region's heritage will find both the Museum of Art and traditions and the 11th century keep of the Chateau de Noirmoutier en l'Ile within 27 kilometres of the guesthouse. The Sealand Aquarium, also 27 kilometres away, is home to sea lions, turtles, sharks and showy tropical fish. Nantes Atlantique Airport is 70 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of one hour.

General Information:
Reception is open 9 AM Noon and five PM seven PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; 8 AM Noon and four PM 8 PM on Saturdays; and 9 AM Noon on Sundays. Reception desk is closed on Wednesdays. Customers intending to arrive outside these hours must contact the residence prior to arrival to schedule alternate check in procedures.
