Exterior

This is a renewed 6 storey hotel takes up a construction from the start of the twentieth century planned by architects Paul Friesse and Cassien Bernard, and the stately building sits at the mix of Rue La Fayette and Rue Pillet Will.

Lobby

The capacious foyer, closed off by a crystal dome installed 19 m from the floor, contains the ancient counters from the bank around a comprehensive mosaic; at present the hotel's brasserie and restaurant are found beyond them. Philippe Starck's transparent 'Ghost' stools and the smoke-blackened forest of the seats planned by Maarten Baas are focal points of this inside design.
