Our apartments are all with privately-owned bath/shower and toilet, TV and phone. We also have some suites with a kitchenette for only EUR five per night.

We are at the foot of the coast and seven min stroll from the very heart of city. It will only take you 15 min to get to the ancient town or the railway station.

From the airport (6 km): - Turn left at the 4th st before the Negresco hotel (ANDRIOLI street). - Continue direct on for two mins. From the railway station: take bus number 23 and the bus stop will be Gambetta-Dante. By bus: take bus number 99 or 98 from the Terminal 1 or two (the bus stop is Promenede-Gambetta) or take bus 23 from the Terminal 1 (the bus stop is Gambetta-Dante). The hotel will be situated at 12 Andrioli str.

There are only two self-sufficient auto garden spaces for our visitors just in facade of the hotel. You'll find an metro auto garden 200 metres from this hotel, the PALMEIRA (47 Rue Saint Philippe) where you are sure to constantly find a space for your auto.

48 hours before date of arrival. Otherwise, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the 1st night on the credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids under the age of 12 will staying self-sufficient when sharing a suite with adult(s).
