The College guesthouse is an ideal and original college themed hotel. The decor is a reminder of our childhood and our adolescent dreams, dreams that we dreamt seated on our school benches as we stared at maps of the world; our spirit set independent and roaming the world… Dreaming of journeys, of hiking around the world, staying at hotels.

Reception welcomes the caller on a wooden horse (vaulting horse) dating from 1914.

All along the lobby, one after another, are niches every one holding an old-time school table with its original ink well. On one of these desks, a computer with self-sufficient 24 hour broadband Internet access is obtainable for hotel guests. Free wifi I-net access is obtainable throughout the structure.

Its 39 apartments spread over seven floors are totally painted in white; all have air conditioning and televisions with flat LCD screens positioned on the walls.

Also absolutely white the 39 bathrooms have baths, corner baths and Italian fashion showers.

The suites and bathrooms have glorious views over the town, Saint Jean, Fourviere, the Quays of the Saone, Croix Rousse or have balconies and privately-owned gardens.

Location Information

Exceptionally situated in the centre of the Old Lyon, named a UNESCO world history place, the guesthouse is at a short distance of all the primary town interests.
