Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00. Your apartment cannot be secured after 23: 00 hrs. Whether you can't change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23: 00 local time.

Reservations must be cancelled before 18: 00 hours on the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the 1st night will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
