The Quality Hotel Carlton proposes you 33 air conditioned apartments, privately-owned swimming pool (not heated), brasserie (open 24h), in the magical ambiance of Beaulieu-sur-mer (half way between Nice and Monaco along the sea shore) The hotel is situated in a restful and residential region at five minutes’ short distance from the heart, with a lot of restaurants, the Villa Kerylos, the tennis center of Beaulieu, just beyond the Grand Casino. Connecting apartments accessible (one facade with one side room), in addition to triples in the Park & Pool and Sea and Pool category with a supplement of EUR 40 per day (on request).

In Beaulieu-sur-mer (Nice and Monaco at 15 mins by auto, ten mins by train), Hotel Carlton is situated at 300 meters from the railway station, where it is possible to catch a train in the direction of Nice/Cannes or Monaco (till Italy) each 20-30 mins (schedule accessible at the reception) The bus facilities between Menton and Nice stops in Beaulieu each 15 mins (bus stop at 200 meters from the Hotel). Avis and Hertz auto rental offices in Beaulieu.

How TO REACH THE QUALITY HOTEL CARLTON IN BEAULIEU-SUR-MER: Coming from France on the Autoroute (Motorway) A8, take the exit N° 50 Promenade des Anglais/Nice Center, and go through the Promenade des Anglais. On the Port of Nice, take the N98 direction Villefranche/Beaulieu/Eze (Basse Corniche/Sea shore). Beaulieu-sur-mer is situated after Villefranche-sur-Mer, and the Quality Carlton Beaulieu is close and beyond the Casino. To avoid Nice, go along the Autoroute A8 and take the exit N° 56 Monaco. After the tunnel and at the 2nd traffic light, turn right and take the D37 ‘’ Cap d’Ail center ‘’. Then on the low corniche, take the N98 direction “Eze/Beaulieu-sur-Mer”, on your directly at the roundabout. From Nice Côte d’Azur airport with a rented auto, take the direction Nice Center through the Promenade des Anglais etc... (see details above). A cab will take approximately 30 to 45 mins depending of the traffic and will cost around € 70 day time and month days. Coming from Italy on the Autoroute A8, take the exit N° 58 Roquebrune/Monaco. Then take the D51 direction Beausoleil/Monaco. On the Moyenne Corniche (Middle Corniche) take the N7 direction Monaco/Nice/Cap d’Ail, then the N7 Nice/Cap d’Ail Center. Remain on the left after the gasoline station “Total” and take the D37 Cap d’Ail Center. On the Basse Corniche (Low Corniche) take the N98 to Eze/Beaulieu-sur-Mer on your directly at the roundabout. You are able also take the exit N° 49 Menton, cross the town to get to the sea shore and then follow the N 98 to Roquebrune. Using this itinerary, you'll cross Monaco, take the N 98 direction Nice Basse Corniche to Cap’Ail,
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy: One night will be charged for a staying less than 6 nights, three nights will be charged for a staying longer than 6 nights, whether the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival during the high season, less than seven days during mid season and less than 48 hours during the low season. In the event of a reduced staying, the hotel will charge the number of nights primarily booked. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
