Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23: 00 hrs. Your suite cannot be assured after 23: 00 hrs. Whether you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23: 00 hrs local time.

Reservations must be cancelled before 18. 00 hours on the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show, the 1st night will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
