The building was built in 1912 by Kessler and Pohlman and rebuilt into a hotel in 1995. From 1944 to 1992 it was the headquarters of the Red Army. The hotel has a meeting room with 80 seats, and a conference hall for ten persons.

The hotel's restaurant proposes home-cooked, Estonian cuisine which you are able to enjoy while facing Barclay de Tolly Park.
