General Information

When in 1985 we opened our holiday hotel in a 400 years antique stone cottage, we just wanted to have a spot where all of our dear guests would have what we think is most indispensable in hiking: safety, cleanliness, a sincere welcome and helpfull personnel. Dubrovnik is located at the far south of the Republic of Croatia. The town itself features plenty of quarters: Lapad, Gru, Ploe, Mokoica, and so on. Our guesthouse lies within Gru, Dubrovnik's natural haven. It's the economical heart of the city where you will find all municipal amenities that you might need: shopping centres, greenish market place and fish market place, cafes and restaurants, the bus terminal and the port, the major post office and banks. The Old Town is just 20 min away by foot. Whether you take the local bus which stops surrounding you'll get to it within five minutes.
