Lien and Guillaume are following the footsteps of Sonja and Stéphane, who have been running the hotel for 28 years. As of February 2007, the hotel is proud of two entirely refurbished Standard Rooms, seven entirely refurbished Comfort Rooms and 12 re-equipped Superior Rooms.

The 12 extremely commodious Superior Rooms propose an oasis of comfort and peace. These suites are situated in the recent wing of the hotel and propose a vista on the park from the balcony, overlooking south-west. The hotel also has three Superior Family Rooms with a holding capacity of up to five people. The two brand recent Standard and seven brand recent Comfort Rooms are situated in the major building. Every suite provides a Raindance shower (some comfort suites have a twin bad). These apartments are embellished in a Flamant fashion and are extremely comfortable. The major difference between those 2 apartment kinds is that the comfort apartments are more extensive than the Standard Rooms.

Entirely refurbished in a winter park fashion, during the day the restaurant is flooded by natural light, whilst after sunset the lights are dimmed and candle lights create a romantic ambiance. You are able also enjoy your meal on the verandah, encircled by a lush green park. The verandah is open during the warm days of the year. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for the vacation periods (school holidays) and bank weekends. The restaurant is open from 12: 00 - 13: 15 for snack, and from 19: 00 - 20: 15 for dinner. The snack bar breakfast is catered from 08:

The hotel is situated at 150 m from the coast, sea and the dunes. Disabled service: The hotel regrets that its suites are not wheelchair available. The restaurant is available to wheelchairs. I-net: Wi-Fi I-net access is accessible in the hotel from EUR five for two hours.

Cancellations must be made at least five days before the date of arrival. Cancellations made 5-2 days before the date of arrival will be charged 25% of the entire amount. Cancellations made 2-1 day before the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the entire amount. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the entire amount of staying. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

A maximum of four kids are allowed to staying with two full paying groun-ups in a Superior Room. Additional beds cannot be positioned in the Standard or Comfort Rooms. Extra costs per child in the Superior Room: Cot: EUR ten (2007). Supplementary bed for kids up to the age of 18 years: EUR 23 (2007). Additional bed for groun-ups (older than 18 years): EUR 40 (2007).
