This little, independently run hotel is situated in a still neighbourhood, close to the Wienerwald, just outside the downtown. All apartments are peculiar and the little hidden winter terraces have a particular character. Some of the suites have a balcony with park panorama. The downtown is reachable with the tram within 20 mins. In the close to neighbourhood you'll find the "Wiener Höhenstrasse",

Single, double, triple and quadruple apartments are all accessible. All are furnished with a shower or bath and some have a balcony. Suites are airy and embellished in light, neutral shades.

The downtown can be reached in approximately 20 mins, using a straight tram. At the foot of the holiday hotel you'll find the Wiener Höhenstrasse and the wine districts of Grinzing and Neusift am Walde.

Parking: Open parking facility: free Arrival from the Westbahnhof: Take the U6 metro line (towards Floridsdort) to Alser Straße. Then take tram number 43 (towards Neuwaldegg) to Neuwaldegg. Arrival from the Südbahnhof: Take tram D (towards Beethovengang) to Schotttentor. Then take tram number 43 (towards Neuwaldegg) to Neuwaldegg. Arrival from Wien/Schwechat airport: Take the airport shuttle to the Westbahnhof and follow the directions as above.

Pets: Dogs and cats are allowed in the hotel.

Cancellations received at least 48 hours before arrival are free. For cancellations received later than this and no-shows the hotel will charge the 1st night of the booking to the credit card provided. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Reduction for Children: Children under two years can staying free, Children between two and 12 years pay EUR 12 for a person per night when they staying in the suite of their accompanying groun-ups.
