The hostel include 47 visitor apartments. All of our rooms are functionally equipped and have a privately-owned shower and toilet. three apartments propose a bathroom and toilet for disabled clients. Payment data: The deposit payment(s) awarded on the confirmation of the reservation must arrive in the account of Kolpingsfamilie Wien-Meidling by the respectively awarded date, self-sufficient of expenses for Kolpingsfamilie Wien-Meidling. Confirmation: the deposit received shall be confirmed by Kolpingsfamilie Wien-Meidling by forwarding a pro forma invoice. Cancellations must be made at least 21 days before the date of arrival. Cancellations made: - between 20 and 14 days before the arrival: 25% of the invoice entire. - between 14 and seven days before the arrival: 50% of the invoice entire. - between 6 and four days before the arrival: 65% of the invoice entire. - between three and 1 days before the arrival: 85% of the invoice entire. - on the arrival day: 100% of the invoice entire. The same cancellation fees apply whether the number of participants is reduced. In the case of cancellations after the deposit has been received, Kolpingsfamilie Wien-Meidling will retain EUR 25 as a handling fee.
