The areas 1 to 9 are short term parking zones in Vienna. The Hotel is located in such a short term parking zone. From Monday to Friday from 09: 00 am to 08: 00pm parking is chargeable. You are able to buy cheap Park tickets at our reception.

The apartments are superb furnished with Bath, phone and heating.

The gorgeous town garden is located directly at the opposite of the Hotel. Social Transportation like the U3 or the CAT(City Airport Train) are at the foot of the Hotel. You can get the oldest shopping st of Vienna the Landstrasser Hauptstrasse or the Hundertwasserhaus within a short stroll.

From the Airport You can take the CAT ( City Airport Train ) Non-Stop or the S7 until the Train Station Wien Mitte, than you go directly at the Invalidenstraße, it takes approximately 300m to the Hotel By Car Take the A23, direction to the center, Praha, Brno. At the A 23 take the Exit Centre – direct to the 1st Bridge ( second traffic light) – turn left and go direct ahead until the Marxergasse ( 3rd traffic light) – go right and then direct to the Invalidenstrasse ( second traffic light) – go to the left and then direct ahead, the Hotel is located at the left side after the second traffic light By Train From Westbahnhof you take the U three in direction to Simmering until the station Wien Mitte (Landstraßer Hauptstrasse). Take the Invalidenstrasse to the right and go direct ahead across the crossing with the Ungargasse to the linke Bahngasse. The Hotel is right to the left. From Südbahnhof you go with the S-Train until the station Wien Mitte. Take the exit to the Stadtpark. At the exit turn to the right and you’ll see the Hotel.

Our visitors can use Internet for self-sufficient. Assured parking is possible at the opposite of the Hotel. Euro 21,-- per day.

Reservations must be cancelled two days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than ten year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than ten year can staying for independent.
