Our cosy suites are entirely equipped with shower, WC and cable-TV. Our sauna can be used at any time at a little supplementary charge. Drink our fresh alpine water from our own source and enjoy the fabulous vista of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. We propose: - Sun verandah and big lawn - Adventure swimming pool Optimum, sauna, etc. For kids: - lots of suites to play. - a playground with sand pit, a slide, etc. - a little zoo with animals to stroke. - lots of games (bicycles, tractor, weel barrow,...). - and a paddling pool whether you receive too hot.

A varied warm/cold breakfast cafeteria is included in the rate. In the evening you are able to enjoy a four course dinner with salad cafeteria at the hotel Rudolshof.

Drive Direction Kaprun. After passing the Shell petrol station turn left to the heart of Kaprun and drive to the ADEG Supermarket. Turn left and pass the bridge then direct ahead to the Peter-Buchnerstreet. Now turn right (look at the map). Once in the Peter-Buchnerstreet drive approximately 500 meters and turn directly at the next crossing (there´s an info board showing "Oberlehenhof"); another 50 meters and you'll be just in facade of the Oberlehenhof.
