Conventional meat dishes comprise "Tiroler Rostbraten" (roast) and "gebratener Berglammrücken" (lamb). Light fish dishes and creative desserts are also catered. We prepare the cottage peculiar "Tiroler Zopfbraten mit Spinatknödel" according to an original recipe by the prominent Phlippine Welser, which dates from 1560. The restaurant is open from 11: 30 till 14: 00 and 18: 00 till 22: 30 seven days a month.

The hotel is located in the center of the Old Town, at the foot of the most essential bridge over the River Inn. Other surrounding park amusements comprise Castle Ambras and the "Hofburg" summer residence which dates from the time of Kaiser Maximilian first.
