The "Fischerwirt", established in 1885 is a family run hotel. You are able to feel the antique Tyrolean ambience when you enters the cottage - the conventional styled dining-room, the wine-room, the spaciouslake-side verandah etc. The Fischerwirt is located at the north end of the lake, opposite the landing spot for the Steamer. The bathing region with shower facilitis is opposite too, water sports, coast volleyball, pedal boats and the departing point for plenty of mountain strolls in the Karwendel are just mins from the hotel door. In winter there is a 50km cross-counrty route within several mins short distance in addition to the bus stop for the free ski bus.
