Originally the McIntosh family home built in 1898, McIntosh Cottages have been reconstructed as 2 co-joined cozy vacation cottages in Strahan, on the fringe of the World Heritage Wilderness of Tasmania"s West Coast.

McIntosh Cottages are self contained, privately-owned and reminiscent of a time gone by. The cottages comprise small extras to produce your visit more unforgettable: a restful king size bed, an open forest fire and nutritious breakfas provisions.

McIntosh Cottages are situated on the central street in Strahan, only 2 blocks to the supermarket and about five hundred meters to the Esplanade. Situated on Tasmania"s West Coast, Strahan is around 3 hours drive from Launceston and 5 hours drive from Hobart.
