General Information

Sommerville Valley Tourist Park and Resort is lodged 12 kilometers from Stanthorpe in a still place on Storm King Dam. It's near wineries, berry farms, lavender farms, bushwalking tracks
and national gardens. A boat ramp is surrounding.

There are ample powered sites, bushy unpowered sites and smallish budget cabins and self contained suites situated just on the water edge. Small cabin sleeps up to four persons. The new seven self contained rooms of Sommerville Valley Resort proposes two and three bedroom rooms and able to accommodate five and six persons respectively.

Sommerville Valley Tourist Park is on a personal property and was established three years ago. The amenities accessible are present-day camp kitchens, hot showers and washhouse, under cover barbecue regions, community suite and an i-net kiosk. Sommerville Valley Resort is a little privately-owned resort and part of Sommerville Valley Tourist Park. It's on 40 acres of bush land.
