Created in the custom of fine European state estate hotels, Lindenderry at Red Hill is a dainty, solitary and singularly lively escape in the center of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

Set in a good 30 acre estate amidst terraces, lawns and its own vineyard, Lindenderry at Red Hill was born from the passion for architecture, scenery design and marvellous art of Jan Clark, director and co-owner of the inn.

There are just 40 rooms for guests, every individualy colored, with thermal baths and open fires in premium apartments. Yet the panoramas from the apartments are individual, every revealing a personal vista of an intimate patio, the cautiously tended terraces or the plantations of grapevines nearby the inn.

Guests discover sculptures and park seats in privately-owned open-air alcoves as they walk around the pleasing estate, past the sunken park, tree-fringed lake and orchard, and along paths lined with Japanese maples, linden trees, camellias and rhododendrons.

Everything you need for rejuvenation and well-being is right there on the estate, with an Endota Spa, 2 open-air tennis courts, an inner pool and sauna, mountain bikes and a toys suite with billiard tables.
