General Information

The Lodge is an award winning Queenslander pole home, embedded in World Heritage rainforest only 1 and a half km from the coast. Visitor lodging, which is disunite to the major cottage, is wholly adjacent. We have an excellent swimming pool with a waterfall feature. The showy grounds have a tropical feel to them - lots of native plants to attract scores of birds and butterflies, including the Ulysses.

Mission Beach is blessed with a few marvellous restaurants which are all not far from. Whether you're a bit tired of eating out then by all means use our BBQ, and have an amorous candlelit dinner on our top terrace facing the floodlit park.

There is a broad visitor hall - the entire with TV, DVD, stereo, library, toys and brochures for all the tour operators in the region. Almost all the tour operators pick up and drop off for independent at the Lodge. Extreme sports are accessible here - white water rafting and Sky Diving - but most of all you'll be knocked over by the calmness and serenity of Mission Beach. We cater breakfast and propose complimentary drinks - tea, coffee, soft drinks and BEER. We have a pair of bikes whether you fancy a bit of excercise. Washhouse amenities are here, iron and ironing board and no doubt Wireless Internet.

Please note that the Lodge is NOT good for kids under the age of 10.
