Avenue Arnaud is a "just like home" bed and breakfast offering holiday hotel fashion lodging and fantastically situated at the Botanical Gardens in South Yarra - Melbourne"s best postcode. Trams running along our tree-lined, historical avenue that will take you into the town (5 mins) or down to St Kilda"s beaches (10 mins).

All apartments have a colour television, fridge, microwave, kettle, wardrobe and dresser. We comprise a help-yourself nutritious breakfas in the price and you also have full use of our well furnished kitchen. None of our suites have an adjacent but there are a lot of bathrooms situated in the corridors surrounding.

We have a dining region and cozy hall for your comfort with cable TV, video and DVD player plus a little park at the back. Please take into account there is only stair access to apartments but we will be pleased to assist you with your bags! Why spend all of your vacation cash on overpriced lodging when you are able to visit with us for less? And we"ll point you in the direction of all the discount shopping!

We have a romanesque tranquil location in the south-east vicinage of the town with Albert Park and the Botanical Gardens on our doorstep. South Yarra features a lot of boutiques, markets and restaurants along Toorak Road and Chapel Street to suit each budget. There is a lot to do in the locality with plenty of major sights such as the National Gallery of Victoria and the Shrine of Remembrance all within short distance. The trams run outside our door so getting around is a cinch. And there"s everytime something on in Melbourne...
