Nice basic lodging and extremely handy for Yellow Waters cruises. Ss1007lodge suites are fairly basic, but adequate. They have been slightly renewed lately and look much better. Lodge apartments are fairly basic, but adequate. They have been slightly renovated newly and look much better. Located at the idyllic Yellow Waters Billabong, in the center of Kakadu National Park, three hours drive from Darwin. Cooinda is a wonderful place to visit and enjoy a Yellow Waters cruise. Nature strolls and the Aboriginal Cultural Centre are also attainable in this district. Yellow Waters is a must as one can come over hundreds of species of Australian birds and crocodiles. The restaurant is open for Breakfast & dinner and specialises in local make. There is an al fresco option in the Bistro who open for breakfast and dinner. The Billabong snack cafeteria in the bistro is rather popular. Low rise lodge fashion lodging with swimming pool. There is also a campsite close to by, and dormitory fashion lodging. Little foyer, characteristic of outback fashion lodging accommodations.
