General Information

Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village is embeded in a lonely bush setting on the edge of the World Heritage listed Cradle Mountain/Lake St Clair National Park.

The privately-owned, well appointed, cozy self contained cottages propose natural bush and mountain vistas, and are environmentally welcoming without compromising comfort. The cottages have an absolutely furnished kitchen, dining, hall and bathroom, self-sufficient satelite TV, modem connection and straight dial STD/ISD telephones.

All cabins propose free access with car park at your door. There is a communal BBQ region, washhouse and play district for kids. The propery features a visitor hall with brasserie and i-net kiosk.

When you stroll outside, you may well come overlook to overlook with a wallaby, wombat, pademelon, possum or currawong, it"s all part of the "Wilderness" experience.
