Fallingwater Located on the ground floor with vistas facing Ballarat's skyline. Open daily for smorgasbord from 6. 30 am - 9. 30 am (Mon - Fri) and from 8. 00 am -10.30 am during holidays, school and social weekends, and for dinner from 6. 00 pm until late. Enjoy a cocktail before dining at our Club brasserie, or just unwind in your with taste appointed room and let apartment facilities pamper you. Fallingwater Club Bar Open daily from five. 00 pm until late.
