The Apart Hotel project offers something various from everything existing in the Villa, leaning on a natural slope, it reflects the genuine beauty and fascination of the wood that is all around it.

The major volume features inclined roofs and features been developed in 2 floors, comprising common areas; the reception desk, a living-room with a spacious hearth, the bar-dining apartment, the region of services and the ownerss-n cottage.

Showing the mountain land topography, the eight apartments were built in steps to one of the sides; the rooms were also planned in 2 floors, the ground floor with a middle one, finishing in a large lucarna window with a panorama of the wood.

The gardens of the ground floor rooms form the roof of the first floor suites, and in the common district there is a roomy deck which opens as a link with nature.
